About Us
i2i-145 is an EASA Part-145 approved maintenance organization, established in the mid-2000s by a group of former Head of Airworthiness department and senior licensed aircraft maintenance engineers. From inception, the organization has focused on regulatory discipline, technical depth, and direct operational support, rather than volume-driven MRO activity.
The company initially specialized in Cessna Citation aircraft, building extensive experience in both line and base maintenance. In 2020, i2i-145 strategically expanded its scope to include Embraer aircraft, obtaining approvals for both line and base maintenance and investing in personnel, tooling, training, and technical documentation.
For Embraer operations, i2i-145 employs a dedicated core team of nine Embraer-specialized engineers and mechanics, each with more than 20 years of hands-on experience on Embraer aircraft, including B1, B2, and C-category staff. This depth of type-specific experience significantly reduces troubleshooting time, improves fault isolation accuracy, and limits the risk of repeat defects.
In addition, we are EASA Part-147 training organization with Embraer type authorization, which represents a strategic enhancement of the maintenance platform going forward. This approval allows us to progressively increase independence in the selection, qualification, and recurrent training of maintenance personnel, including the ability to better assess and standardize external technicians attending Embraer training.
To further support dispatch reliability, i2i-145 maintains a dedicated stock of Embraer spare parts and consumables, covering the most common line maintenance items and typical AOG drivers. Immediate access to parts allows rapid rectification of defects without waiting for third-party logistics, directly supporting aircraft availability.
